What is the AI swing launch?
The AI swing launch is a TikTok trend that took off in late October 2026. Someone sits on an ordinary playground swing, swings higher and higher, and at the top of the arc they fly off into the sky, soar above the clouds with arms spread, then drop back down and land perfectly on the swing, laughing. It is pure, silly joy, and people are posting it as an "AI swing video" with every kind of caption. It is all AI, so please do not try the launch on a real swing.
SelfieTrend builds it from one photo. We first place you on a swing in a sunny park, holding the chains and smiling, as a still you can check and adjust. Then we animate the swing, the launch and the landing into a 10-second vertical video with original sound: a creaking swing, rushing wind and a playful beat, no trending song included.

How to make an AI swing launch video
- 1
Upload one clear photo
One adult, face fully visible. A photo with some body in frame helps the full-body swing shot look natural.
- 2
Style the swing shot
Keep the jeans and white t-shirt or describe your own look: a summer dress, a hoodie, sneakers in a bright color. Re-create the still until it looks like you.
- 3
Make the video and download it
Confirm the price and you swing up, launch into the sky and land back on the swing. Download the MP4 and post it with your own audio if you like.
The swing launch, beat by beat
0-3s
Higher and higher
You swing in a sunny park, each arc higher than the last, the swing creaking.
3-7s
The launch
At the top of the arc you fly off into the sky and soar above the clouds with arms spread, wind rushing past.
7-10s
The landing
You drop back down, land perfectly on the swing and laugh, as the playful beat plays on.
Tips for a fun swing launch
Pick a smiling photo
The clip ends with you laughing, so a relaxed, smiling photo makes the landing feel natural.
Casual, bright clothes
Jeans, t-shirts, summer dresses and bright colors stand out against the sky better than dark, busy outfits.
Front-facing, well-lit photo
A sharp photo with the face clear keeps your likeness while you swing and fly.
Check the still first
The whole video starts from the still, so make sure it looks like you before animating.
Adding your own audio
Our video comes with original generated sound: a creaking swing, rushing wind as you fly and a playful beat. If the version you are copying uses a specific song, it is not included. Download the video and add that audio in TikTok or Instagram Reels, timing the drop to the moment you launch.
Caption and hashtag ideas
Try "Swung a little too hard", "Me leaving the group chat for 5 seconds" or "Inner child: activated". Hashtags like #aiswing #swinglaunch #aivideo #fyp help it travel.
